Cancellation & Returns

You may cancel your order by giving us notice of cancellation within 7 days of the date of collection or delivery. Such notice may be given by mailing, faxing or emailing to the number or address set out below. If you are cancelling because of any problem with the goods, please notify us of the problem at the time of cancellation.
On cancellation, you must return the goods to us at your cost unless the goods are being returned because they are faulty, incorrect goods or because of unsuitable substitution by us, in which case we will meet the cost of return but we ask that you allow us to nominate the carrier.

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, Whitaker & Sawyer (Brushes) Ltd will offer you a refund provided that:

  • You return the item within 7 days of the date of collection or delivery;
  • You produce your original Whitaker & Sawyer (Brushes) Ltd receipt at the time you return the item;
  • The item is in resaleable condition including that:
  • It is unused and in its original condition;

These products can still be returned if they are faulty, not fit for purpose or do not match the sample or description.

Other Returns

Whitaker & Sawyer (Brushes) Ltd will accept product returns and provide you with a refund or repair where:

  • The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality; or
  • The product is not fit for its intended purpose; or
  • The product does not match the sample or our description; and
  • You can present your Whitaker & Sawyer (Brushes) Ltd receipt or other adequate proof of purchase.

If you have notified us of a problem with the goods, Whitaker & Sawyer (Brushes) Ltd will either make good any shortage or non-delivery; replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery; or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question. We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor is it intended to exclude our liability to you for fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.

Whitaker & Sawyer (Brushes) Ltd may elect to return the product to the manufacturer’s repair agent to determine the nature of the problem. Whitaker & Sawyer (Brushes) Ltd reserves the right not to offer a refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.

Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair goods.

Whitaker & Sawyer (Brushes) Ltd reserves the right to Assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to providing a repair, exchange or refund. This may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused.

Please Note:

  • Your original Whitaker & Sawyer (Brushes) Ltd receipt is the best form of proof of purchase
  • Refunds will be issued using your original payment method

Online Purchase Returns

The Whitaker & Sawyer (Brushes) Ltd Returns Policy applies to online purchases. However, instead of the store register receipt as your proof of purchase you will need to present a copy of the tax invoice you received by email (please note this is not the email confirmation document you received).
